The Deputy Speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Sylvester Agabi Jnr, has joined other well-meaning citizens of the state in felicitating with the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
The Deputy Speaker in his goodwill message, described Governor Otu as a visionary and people-centred leader whose commitment to the People’s First agenda has brought renewed hope and confidence in governance across the state.
Rt. Hon. Agabi commended the Governor for his exemplary leadership and transformative impact across key sectors, including infrastructure, education, health, youth empowerment, and tourism development, noting that these strides have positioned Cross River on the path of sustainable growth.
He further lauded the Governor’s humility, compassion, and wisdom in steering the affairs of the state, describing him as a unifying figure and a true symbol of purposeful leadership.
“As Your Excellency marks this special day, I pray that God continues to grant you good health, divine wisdom, and strength to advance the progress of our dear state,” the Deputy Speaker said.
He extended warm congratulations to the Governor on behalf of his constituents, while reaffirming his unwavering support and loyalty to the Governor’s administration.
