The Chairman of the GFO Orim Foundation and Governing Council Member of the Federal College of Education in Bichi, Kano State, Chief Hon (Dr) Martin Orim, has congratulated Professor Francisca Bassey on her appointment as the Acting Vice Chancellor of the University of Cross River State, and Ntufam Dr. Fidelis Ugbo as Pro-Chancellor of the University.
