Chief Hon. (Dr.) Martin Orim, the immediate past chief of staff of former Cross River State governor and chairman of the GFO Orim Foundation, has visited Barr. Alphonsus Ogar Eba, the state chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), to offer his condolences for the loss of his late father, Emmanuel Eba Ogar, at Imaje, Yala.
Chief Martin Orim was accompanied by the former Member of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Legor Idagbo, who represented the Federal Constituencies of Bekwarra, Obanliku, and Obudu; the current National Publicity Secretary of APC Chief Dorote Kozak; the Deputy Speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly, Hon. Sylvester Agabi Jr.; the Honourable Member representing the Ogoja State Constituency, Engr. Thomas Aruku (Stainless); Mr Phydel Aben among others.
The chief mourner, Barr. Eba, welcomed them with warmth at his home.
Pa Emmanuel Ogar Eba passed away on December 23 and will be laid to rest on January 10, 2024 at Imaje, Yala Local Government Area of Cross River State.
