The Member representing Bekwarra/Obudu/Obanliku Federal Constituency, Hon. Peter Akpanke, has received over 5,000 campaign materials from his political allies, Dr. John Owan, Dr. Jacob Owan, and their classmates from Bekwarra.
The materials were presented at Anyikang Village, Bekwarra, on behalf of the Owan family and other supporters.
Speaking during the presentation, Dr. John Owan said their support was rooted in a long-standing relationship with Hon. Akpanke and their recognition of his developmental strides across the Federal Constituency. He expressed confidence that the constituency would benefit even more from Akpanke’s experience as a ranking member of the National Assembly.
Dr. Jacob Owan also pledged his support for Hon. Akpanke’s re-election, assuring him of their commitment to his victory in 2027.
In his response, Hon. Peter Akpanke thanked the Owan family, their classmates, and other supporters for the gesture, which he described as massive support. He assured them of his commitment to effective representation and greater dividends of democracy for the constituency as a ranking member upon his re-election for a second term.
