The Executive Chairman of Obanliku Local Government Area, Hon. Chief (Dr.) Sunny Ayang, JP, has congratulated the newly inaugurated Ward Executives of the All Progressives Congress across the ten wards of the local government area.
Speaking during the inauguration at the Obanliku Council Civic Centre in Sankwala on Friday, Ayang said their emergence strengthens the party’s grassroots structure ahead of the 2027 elections. He commended the Chapter Chairman, Mr. Thomas Ashibi, for successfully organizing the exercise and urged the executives to promote unity, expand party membership, and sustain mobilisation at the ward level.
The APC Chapter Chairman, Mr. Thomas Ashibi, also called on the ward executives to work diligently for the growth of the party and to place party unity above personal interests, assuring them of support from the leadership.
The Chairman reaffirmed his commitment to initiatives that promote unity, development, and the continued growth of the APC in Obanliku.
