The Speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Elvert Ayambem, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Executive Governor of Cross River State, His Excellency Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, on the occasion of his 66th birthday.
In a message issued on behalf of the Members and staff of the House, Speaker Ayambem described Governor Otu as a visionary leader characterized by compassion, integrity, and uncommon humility, qualities that exemplify a life dedicated to serving humanity.
