The Deputy Speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly and Member Representing Obudu State Constituency, Rt. Hon. Sylvester Agabi, has extended warm birthday wishes to his colleague, Hon. Thomas Aruku, describing him as a dedicated lawmaker and a shining example of purposeful leadership.
