Chief of Staff to Cross River State Governor, Hon Emmanuel Ironbar, was today awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Policy and Administrative Studies.
The award, presented at the University of Lagos, was jointly conferred by Crown University Delaware-USA in partnership with the Center for Public Service Productivity and Development, in recognition of his exemplary leadership and service in public administration.
