Former heavy weight champion Samuel Peter Aka Nigerian Nightmare is presently in court with the widow of his late brother Mr. Ita Okon Peter over properties. According to the report Samuel Peter is demanding that his late brother wife and two kids evacuate the building of his late brother Mr Ita Okon Peter as she and her children has no right over the said property.
The deceased widow in an SoS to our correspondent wrote:
How former WBC champion intends to continuously fight me and my two children over my late husband’s property.
After the demise of Late Ita Okon Peter, who was my husband; his younger brother Samuel Peter OON has unrepentantly made claims and actions that I and my children are not part of his extended family thus trying his best to ensure that he takes possession of all the properties his late brother had.
I am a 42 year old widow with 2 children and with no job or source of income to carter for myself and my children and this said property has an ikenga (mud) house with 6 room apartment where I give out to people for rental and the money obtained was usually for feeding and care of my children. But Samuel Peter wishes to drive me and my children to the streets where he claims we belong and “nothing can happen “ for he knows that I and my children have only the land documents to fight him even in Court; thus why I’m asking the media to play it’s uncensored part for Justice to take its course.”
