Honourable Chief (Dr.) Martin Orim, who previously served as the immediate past Chief of Staff to the Government of Cross River State, has conveyed his warm congratulations to Senator (Prince) Bassey Edet Otu, the current Executive Governor of Cross River State, on the occasion of his 64th birthday.
