The Deputy Speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Sylvester Agabi Jr., has congratulated Governor Bassey Edet Otu on his recognition as Silverbird Man of the Year.
Hon. Agabi, speaking at the sidelines of the award in Lagos State, described the honour as a national endorsement of purposeful leadership and steady governance. He noted that the award reflects the governor’s commitment to institutional stability and economic renewal in Cross River State.
He reaffirmed the continued support of the State Assembly and expressed confidence that Governor Otu will sustain the momentum of development across the state.
