The Deputy Speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Sylvester Agabi Jr, has felicitated with the Executive Chairman of Obudu Local Government Area, Hon. Peter Alongle Undiandeye (Pita Pars), on the occasion of his birthday.
