The Speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Elvert Ayambem, has felicitated with his Deputy, Rt. Hon. Sylvester Agabi Jnr., on the occasion of his birthday.
In a goodwill message, Ayambem described Agabi as more than a colleague, noting that he remains a trusted ally, a loyal partner, and a shining example of selfless leadership in the Assembly.
The Speaker praised the Deputy Speaker’s dedication to legislative excellence, calm wisdom in deliberations, and unwavering commitment to the growth and progress of Cross River State, adding that these qualities make him a priceless asset to both the Assembly and the state at large.
“As we celebrate this special day with you, I pray that God grants you many more years of good health, uncommon wisdom, and fulfillment in service. Your life is an inspiration to many, and your leadership continues to strengthen our collective resolve to deliver on the people’s mandate,” Ayambem said.
He further extended warm wishes to Agabi, describing him as a dependable deputy and a brother.
