The Cross River State Commissioner for Commerce, Hon. Dr. Mrs. Abigail Duke, has congratulated the Governor of Cross River State, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, on his appointment as the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Campaign Council for Anambra State.
In a statement issued in Calabar, the Commissioner described the appointment as a recognition of Governor Otu’s rising profile in national politics and his ability to deliver results for the party.
Dr. Duke pointed out that the Governor’s effective delivery of the People First Manifesto in Cross River State has strengthened his reputation as a leader who turns vision into tangible achievements. She added that his earlier leadership roles as Chairman of APC campaign councils in Imo and Edo States, which ended in electoral successes for the party, provide clear evidence of his capacity to replicate similar victories.
“With the Governor’s proven leadership, strategic experience, and commitment to the party’s ideals, the APC is positioned for success in Anambra State,” Dr. Duke said.
She extended her best wishes to the Governor as he takes on the national assignment and assured him of her continued support.
