The Deputy Speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly and member representing Obudu State Constituency, Rt. Hon. Sylvester Agabi Jnr., has congratulated the Chief of Staff to the Governor of Cross River State, Hon. Dr. Emmanuel Ironbar, on his conferment with the traditional title of Otu Kinwang I of Boki Nation.
The honour, bestowed by the Paramount Ruler of Boki, HRM Otu Fridalin Akando, was conferred during a civic reception jointly organised by the people of Beebo and Bumaji communities alongside the Philip Obi Foundation as part of activities marking the Boki New Yam Festival.
The ceremony also featured the recognition of Ambassador Soni Obache Abang, Executive Director of Finance at the South South Development Commission, who received a Humanitarian Award for his commitment to service and philanthropy.
