The Deputy Speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Sylvester Agabi, has extended warm congratulations to the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Hon Emmanuel Ironbar, on the conferment of his Honorary Doctorate Degree by Crown University, held in Lagos State.
Hon Agabi described the recognition as a well-deserved honour, acknowledging Ironbar’s dedication to public service and administrative excellence in Cross River State.
In a separate goodwill message, the Deputy Speaker also congratulated the Executive Chairman of Akpabuyo Local Government Area, Hon (Prince) Effiom Bassey Effiong, on the occasion of his birthday.
He commended Hon Effiong’s commitment to grassroots development and leadership, noting his previous role as the State Financial Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Cross River State before assuming office as Council Chairman.
Rt. Hon. Agabi wished both leaders continued success in their respective responsibilities and contributions to the growth of the state.
