The Postgraduate Students’ Government (PGSG) of the University of Calabar has honoured Hon. Chief (Dr.) Sunny Ebebe Ayang, JP, Chairman of Obanliku LGA, with an Award of Excellence.
Presented by PGSG Secretary Comrade Precious Ginika on Tuesday in Calabar, the award recognises Hon. Ayang as the Best Performing and Most Student-Friendly Chairman in Cross River State, citing his leadership, developmental strides, and support for education.
Hon. Ayang expressed gratitude to the student body, affirming that the honour strengthens his commitment to sustainable development in Obanliku.
He was joined by Mr. Ashibi Thomas , Mr. Johnpaul Anakai , Mrs. Ijifure, and PGSG executives.
