The Deputy Speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Sylvester Agabi, has extended heartfelt birthday wishes to the Executive Chairman of Obanliku Local Government Area, Hon. Sunny Ayang, describing him as a symbol of political tenacity, consistency, and exemplary leadership.
