A chairmanship aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Obudu Local Government Area, Mr. Mathias Bepeh Akpong, has obtained his expression of interest form to contest the chairmanship primary election of the party.
Mathias Akpong, who was among the first set of aspirants to obtain the forms, disclosed on his official Facebook on Tuesday that his swift actions were a statement that he meant business, expressing optimism that he would emerge as a candidate of the party.
He said, “Expression of serious intent. My seriousness and readiness to serve the great people of the Obudu Local Government Area has kick-started. My earnest intention of forthrightness has taken off today as I pick an expression of interest form to run for the chairmanship of Obudu Local Government Area.”
