The former chief of staff to t he immediate past Cross River Governor and chairman of the GFO Orim Foundation, Chief Hon. (DR.) Martin Orim, earlier today, attended the Thanksgiving Mass of Hon. Engr. Aruku Thomas, Member of the Cross River State House of Assembly, Ogoja State Constituency, which was held at St. Benedict Catholic Cathedral in Ogoja.
The event according to Hon. Thomas Aruku was to celebrate his recent Court of Appeal victory and dedicate his office to God Almighty. He also expressed his gratitude to God for his triumph.
The event was graced by the presence of the Speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Elvert Ayambem, Deputy Speaker, Hon. Sylvester Agabi, and other members of the House of Assembly, as well as current and former members of the Cross River State Executive Council, members of the APC State Exco, Chief Dr. Peter Ojie, Rt. Hon. Gabe Eddy, Chairmen of the Cross River North APC Chapter, and numerous APC stakeholders.
The presence of Hon. Martin Orim and other dignitaries added to the grandeur of the event, making it a memorable day for Hon. Aruku and everyone present.
