Let me extend my warmest congratulations to their Excellencies, the Executive Governor of Cross River State, Sen. Prince Bassey Otu and his Deputy, Rt. Hon. Peter Odey on this historic inauguration and swearing-In ceremony into office.
I am confident in your abilities to deliver on the mandate of our people with recourse to the People’s First Manifesto.
As it is with our democracy, the legislature is powered to compliment the Executive and ensure that these good intentions are translated rapidly into laws that echo the desire to see a working and functional state.
