The Chairman of the GFO Orim Foundation and Member of the Council at FCE Bichi, Kano State, Honourable Chief Martin Orim, has extended his congratulations to Governor Bassey Edet Otu of Cross River State on receiving the award for the 2024 Governor of the Year in Economic Transformation by the Independent Newspaper on Saturday in Lagos state.
