Prince Bassey Otu for approving and swearing in several members into the state executive committee of the CRS APC. They are particularly thrilled about the nomination of Hon. Patrick Asikpo Okon as State Secretary.
Hon. Patrick Asikpo Okon, also known as Hon. Petido, is renowned for his disability and women-inclusive approach. He was recognized as a humble and diligent individual with an impeccable record of excellence, humility, resilience, and effectiveness. According to the Persons with Disabilities, his endorsement as State Secretary reflects his reputation as a bridge-builder and a detail-oriented leader, and his appointment has been warmly welcomed by members within and outside the party.
They also noted that the synergy between Hon. Petido and the State Chairman, Barr. Alphonsus Eba is expected to yield remarkable disability-inclusive democracy and governance, as well as encouraging and supporting the successful kick-off of the APC Disability Wind during the upcoming membership registration.
