The Cross River State Commissioner for Science and Technology, Dr Justin Beshel, on Thursday, celebrated Hon. Emmanuel Ironbar, the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Sen. (Prince) Bassey Otu, on the occasion of his birthday.
Dr Beshel stated that Ironbar, who has served Cross Riverians in different capacities, has displayed courage on many occasions. In a message shared with pressmen in Calabar, Dr. Beshel said; “On this day of his birthday, I extend my sincere congratulations to Hon. Emmanuel Ironbar, who serves as the Chief of Staff to my esteemed Boss, the Executive Governor of Cross River State.”
