The Speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Elvert Ayambem has expressed his sincere gratitude to Chief Dr. Mujidat Folasade Tinubu Ojo, Pro-Chancellor of Havilla University, for her important role in the prioritizing community and educational development and for ensuring the capacity building of aspirational young students in Cross River State.
Rt. Hon. Elvert Ayambem made this known during the momentous inauguration of the Chief (Dr) Mujidat Folasade Tinubu Ojo International Centre for Vocational/Entrepreneurial Studies and Research at Havilla University, in Cross River State.
Ayambem maintained that the university’s role complements the state government’s efforts toward ensuring quality education for all its citizens. He invited stakeholders to consider Cross River as a viable investment destination, recognizing the immense potential for growth and positive impact on the state’s educational sector.
Chief Dr. Tinubu Ojo, the Pro-Chancellor of Havilla University, was equally delighted at the warm reception she received from the massive crowd during her speech. She considered it proof of the people of Cross River State’s dedication to growth and development. Chief Dr. Tinubu Ojo pledged to continue her best efforts to ensure that Havilla University stands tall to become quality educational centre for everyone.
During her reception at Havilla University, Chief Dr. Tinubu Ojo was honoured with a prestigious chieftaincy title, “Nton Efa Abaka Nde,” conferred upon her by the people of Nde, led by Chief Nna Eyanji Ega.
