The Chief of Staff to the Governor of Cross River State, Hon. (Dr.) Emmanuel Ironbar, has extended warm birthday wishes to Dr. (Mrs.) Carole Edem, Commissioner (1) in the Local Government Civil Service Commission, as she marks another year today.
In a message conveyed by his Special Assistant on Media, Mr. Patrick Asuquo, the Chief of Staff described Dr. Edem as a dependable and hardworking public servant who has contributed quietly but significantly to the development of the state’s local government civil service.
“Dr. Carole Edem leads with calmness, competence, and a deep sense of responsibility. She’s earned the respect of her colleagues through her fairness and consistent approach to work,” the message read.
He also acknowledged her professional conduct and her efforts to promote integrity and accountability in public service.
“She brings both experience and empathy to the table. In a time when good leadership and trust in government are more important than ever, Dr. Edem continues to lead by example in her own steady and effective way.”
The Chief of Staff wished her a fulfilling year ahead, filled with good health, strength, and meaningful progress in both her personal and official life.
